In The Potter’s Hands

An Original Work/ Maurice Malcolm/ Oct 18, 2019

He see our desire to serve Him well. He knows our weaknesses. He hears our cry. He knows the battles we are fighting. He sees all the plots of the enemies. He knows what is been said against us. Life’s afflictions have marred us and by His love it please the potter to dip His hands in our mess and put us on His wheel and make us into another vessel.

His purpose for us He will not deny, though life throw it’s curve ball we will fight to answer His call. The pain we sometimes mask when we see the things delayed that should have come to pass. He said “Behold, I make all things new”Even for this purpose he bled and died. To make this hope remain alive on the third day He rose with great triumph. A bliss he has promised us, a home, a mansion where no bills are owed. A street of gold where there is no taxes we are told. For His own, Christ prepare this heavenly home

While we are here our hearts we do prepare Oh what joy it will be to get our pay on that day. While the clarion call rings remember the eternal songs we’ll sing. Oh great Potter put us on thy wheel, for thy great love we shall feel, until we be formed into thy will.

MAY THIS POEM BLESS ALL OUR HEARTS AND HELP TO KEEP OUR EYES ON JESUS CHRIST
